bol.com is seeking a Dutch-speaking customer support professional to join the remote team in Portugal. This full-time role offers 40 hours per week with rotating shifts and paid training. Relocation support is available for candidates moving to Portugal, including flight assistance and help with local paperwork.

Private health insurance is provided from the start of employment. Candidates must be fluent in Dutch and comfortable handling customer-facing inquiries in a fast-paced e-commerce

Job Highlights

• 100% remote within Portugal

Compensation

• Without company accommodation: €1,434.82 gross cash/month, including: €1,055 base salary, Holiday & Christmas allowances, €154 meal allowance, €50 productivity bonus
• With company accommodation: €1,109.32 gross cash/month + company accommodation benefit

Requirements

• Fluent/native-level Dutch
• Comfortable working in a customer-facing role
• Available for full-time work and rotating shifts
• EU citizenship or valid residence/work authorization in Portugal
