bol.com is seeking a Dutch-speaking customer support professional to join a fully remote team in Portugal. The role requires handling Dutch-speaking customer inquiries in a fast-paced e-commerce environment, with rotating shifts and structured training.

You will work 40 hours per week, fully remotely from Portugal, including relocation support for candidates moving to Portugal. Ideal candidates are fluent in Dutch, capable of working in customer-facing roles, and have EU citizenship or valid

Job Highlights

• 100% remote within Portugal
• Full-time: 40 hours/week
• Schedule: Monday to Sunday, rotating shifts

Compensation

• Without company accommodation: €1,434.82 gross cash/month, including: €1,055 base salary, Holiday & Christmas allowances, €154 meal allowance, €50 productivity bonus
• With company accommodation: €1,109.32 gross cash/month + company accommodation benefit

Requirements

• Fluent/native-level Dutch
• Comfortable working in a customer-facing role
• Available for full-time work and rotating shifts
• EU citizenship or valid residence/work authorization in Portugal
