BlueView Talent is seeking a Customer Specialist in Lisbon to become a key contact for customers, offering professional support across orders, accounts, products and services. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, chat and digital platforms, ensuring a friendly and efficient customer experience.

Ideal candidates are fluent in Dutch and English, eligible to work in Portugal, and eager to grow in the Travel field through ongoing training and collaboration with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2) required.
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency required.
• Interest in Travel field and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, friendly, and efficient customer support through phone, email, chat and digital channels.
• Assist customers with questions regarding orders, accounts, products and services.
• Identify customer needs and provide clear, accurate information.
• Handle customer questions, complaints, and concerns professionally and effectively.
• Guide customers through relevant processes, platforms, products, and services.
• Document customer interactions, requests, and resolutions accurately in internal systems.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently.
• Identify recurring customer issues and share feedback to support continuous process and service improvements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, policies, and procedures through regular training.
