bol.com is hiring a Dutch-speaking customer support agent to work fully remotely from Portugal. The role offers 40 hours per week with rotating shifts, paid training, and private health insurance from day one. Relocation support is available for those moving to Portugal, including flight assistance and paperwork help.

Candidates must be fluent in Dutch and legally authorized to work in Portugal. This is a full-time position with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and seamless service

Qualificações

Job Highlights

• 100% remote within Portugal
• Full-time: 40 hours/week
• Schedule: Monday to Sunday, rotating shifts

Compensation

• Without company accommodation:
• €1,434.82 gross cash/month, including:
• €1,055 base salary
• Holiday & Christmas allowances
• €154 meal allowance
• €50 productivity bonus
• With company accommodation:
• €1,109.32 gross cash/month + company accommodation benefit
