Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is looking for a Customer Specialist to deliver exceptional Dutch- and English-language support across inquiries, orders, accounts, products, and services. You will engage customers via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels, understanding needs and providing effective solutions to ensure smooth experiences from first contact to resolution.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2)
• EU citizenship or valid Portugal residency card
• Proactive, detail-oriented and eager to learn in Travel field

Responsabilidades

• Provide friendly, professional customer support via multiple channels (phone, email, chat, etc.)
• Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, accounts, products, and services
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate, clear information
• Handle questions and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
• Record interactions and resolutions in internal systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly
• Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements
• Stay up to date with products, policies and procedures through training
