Cross Border Talents is seeking a Dutch-speaking customer service professional in Lisbon. You will provide first-class support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, chat and email for an international brand, delivering friendly, empathetic service while solving inquiries and orders.

The role offers stable office hours, no night shifts, a hybrid model after training, relocation support to Lisbon, and ongoing training and career development within a global project.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written).
• Good English communication skills (B2 or higher).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
• Availability to work on-site in Lisbon (hybrid after training).
• No previous experience required - training provided!

Responsabilidades

• Provide first-class customer support in Dutch via phone, chat, and/or email.
• Assist Dutch-speaking customers with inquiries, orders, and troubleshooting.
• Represent an international brand with professionalism and empathy.
• Collaborate with a supportive, multilingual team on-site in Lisbon.
