Job summary

United Talent Acquisition in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Support and Content Reviewer for Dutch speakers. The role combines content moderation with user support, in a remote-friendly, full-time position with a 12-month renewable contract (permanent after 2 years in some projects).

You will review and classify online content, respond to inquiries in Dutch and English, and collaborate with internal teams to improve support procedures while ensuring a respectful online environment.

Qualifications

Fluent Dutch and English at B2 level or higher.
Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
Resilient and comfortable reviewing sensitive or challenging content.
Empathetic communicator with a solution-oriented approach.
Previous experience in customer support or moderation is a plus, not mandatory.
Must have EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal.

Responsibilities

Review, classify, and moderate online content to ensure it meets community guidelines.
Respond to user queries regarding platform usage, policies, and account-related issues.
Provide accurate and timely support via chat, email, or phone.
Identify and escalation potential risks, sensitive cases, or policy violations.
Ensure a safe and respectful online environment by enforcing platform rules.
Collaborate with internal teams to share user insights and improve support procedures.
