JoB Training & Coaching is seeking a Content Moderator to support digital platforms and online communities in Porto, Portugal. Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year experience in moderation, customer support, or similar digital roles.
• At least 6 months of experience is mandatory.
• Comfortable working with online content.

Responsabilidades

• Review videos, images, text, and user-generated content.
• Monitor platform activities according to internal policies.
• Escalate violations and suspicious activities when required.
• Maintain productivity and quality targets.
• Work with international teams in a multicultural environment.
• Ensure safe and positive online experiences for users.
