JoB Training & Coaching seeks motivated Content Moderators to support digital platforms in Portugal. This role requires fluent Dutch and good English communication skills, focusing on reviewing content and maintaining community standards.

Ideal candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in moderation or customer support. The position offers remote and hybrid work opportunities with relocation support for EU applicants.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year experience in moderation, customer support, or similar digital roles.
• At least 6 months experience is mandatory for all applicants.
• Comfortable working with online content.

Responsabilidades

• Review videos, images, text, and user-generated content.
• Monitor platform activities according to internal policies.
• Escalate violations and suspicious activities when required.
• Maintain productivity and quality targets.
• Work with international teams in a multicultural environment.
• Ensure safe and positive online experiences for users.
