Job summary

login.works in Lisbon (Hybrid) is seeking a Director of Enablement & Operations to own the operating model for Expert Advisory, making it scalable, repeatable, measurable, and commercially effective. You will set the strategy, governance, roadmap, and KPIs for the Enablement & Operations cluster, while staying hands-on to guide a lean team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading enablement, operations, service operations, process governance, or business systems, ideally in a professional-services, knowledge-based, or tech scale-up environment.
• Track record designing operating models, governance frameworks, process standards, roadmaps, and performance measures.
• Hands-on experience with capacity and resource planning, operational reporting, and data quality.
• Experience in a regulated, process-heavy environment is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Set the cluster strategy, priorities, governance model, roadmap, and performance expectations, in alignment with Expert Advisory leadership.
• Sponsor operational improvements based on business value, risk, data readiness, adoption needs, capacity, and cross-functional dependencies.
