Job summary

Bain & Company in Lisbon is actively expanding its Integrated Operations team, a dynamic leader within our Performance Improvement practice. You will shape strategic initiatives, work across regions, and leverage AI-enabled diagnostics to drive large-scale value for clients while collaborating with practice leaders and industry experts.

You will help develop innovative capabilities, lead cross-functional programs, and contribute to go-to-market efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5–8 years of relevant experience in professional services, operations, or performance improvement.
• Experience in operations strategy, internal operations, or related areas such as supply chain.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate insights into recommendations.
• Ability to independently manage and deliver complex projects with limited direction.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for stakeholders.
• Business-level English and willingness to travel globally.

Responsibilities

• Shape solution strategy with leadership to define priorities and growth opportunities.
• Drive AI-enabled diagnostics and innovative solutions building on Bain's tools.
• Coordinate relationships across operations and industry teams for collaboration.
• Develop go-to-market strategies, campaigns, and client materials.
• Support client teams with tailored expertise and training.
• Capture insights and develop training materials for Operations capabilities.
• Enhance market presence through thought leadership and external engagement.
• Drive continuous improvement based on feedback and outcomes.
• Support deployment of expert resources across engagements.
