Job summary

Siemens Energy seeks a Digital Change Partner (DCP) for DPT, based in Portugal or Romania, to drive transformation across the portfolio and link initiatives to business value. You will guide leaders on stakeholder engagement, communications, governance, and adoption, ensuring consistency across programs.

The fixed-term 24-month contract requires extensive experience in change management and a proven ability to translate strategy into actionable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in change management, transformation consulting, or digital transformation.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Ability to translate strategy into clear actions, engagement, and business outcomes.
• Experience in developing leadership communications, engagement strategies, and adoption approaches.
• Currently based in Romania or Portugal

Join us as a Digital Change Partner (DCP) for DPT, where you will collaborate closely with DPT leaders to support key transformation priorities across the organization. You will immerse yourself in DPT’s transformation portfolio, connecting initiatives to tangible business value while shaping the narrative of DPT’s transformation journey. Your expertise will guide leaders on stakeholder engagement, communications, change governance, and adoption, ensuring a consistent approach throughout the portfolio. This role requires you to be located in either Portugal or Romania.

Please note this position is a fixed-term 24 month contract.
