Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal seeks an Operations Customer Expert to support SMBs with digital advertising across Europe. You will manage chat, email, and phone inquiries, guiding customers to optimize campaigns and using self-serve tools while maintaining high CSAT.

The role includes hands-on onboarding, training over ~15 days, and a 12-month contract with private health and dental insurance. Fluent English required; strong empathy and problem-solving are essential to de-escalate

Qualifications

Advanced to fluent written and spoken English (C1 minimum) required.
Excellent interpersonal skills and empathy with customers.
Active listening and strong de-escalation abilities.
Ability to manage multiple software systems and learn complex product tools.

Responsibilities

Guide SMBs in leveraging self-serve digital advertising solutions.
Resolve inquiries via chat, email, and phone efficiently and professionally.
Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical guidance on ad management tools.
Maintain high CSAT by delivering warm, empathetic, solution-oriented service.
De-escalate sensitive customer issues with strong communication and problem-solving.
