Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking an Operations Customer Expert to support SMBs across Europe with self-serve digital advertising tools and high CSAT. You will work on chat, email, and phone channels and participate in onboarding and training.

Qualifications

• Advanced to fluent English written and spoken (C1 minimum).

Responsibilities

• Drive SMB growth by guiding adoption of self-serve digital advertising solutions.
• Provide omnichannel support via chat, email, and phone.
• Offer pre-sales and post-sales guidance on ad management tools.
• Maintain high CSAT by delivering warm, empathetic service.
• De-escalate issues with strong communication and problem-solving.
