Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is hiring for an English-speaking B2B support role in the ad-tech sector. You will help advertisers optimize campaigns, resolve issues, and ensure a great experience from start to finish.

The role requires fluent English, hands-on paid campaign management, and a marketing degree. You'll work with social media tools and collaborate with product teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Qualificações

Are you passionate about digital advertising and helping businesses succeed online? We are recruiting on behalf of an international client in the advertising technology industry. They are looking for English-speaking professionals to join their B2B support team in Lisbon.

In this role you will be the go-to expert for advertisers using leading digital advertising products. You'll help them solve problems, get the most out of their campaigns and have a great experience from start to finish.

• Troubleshoot advertising products end to end and support advertisers by email and chat
• Own each case through to resolution, working with in-house Product Operations and Engineering teams
• Drive customer satisfaction and service quality at every stage of the case
• Meet service levels and help deliver fast, high-quality resolutions
• Work with technical specialists to educate advertisers on product features and common issues

What we're looking for

• Fluent English, written and spoken
• Hands-on experience in paid campaign management (mandatory)
• A degree in Marketing or a related field
• Experience in digital marketing, or in a contact centre for an advertising tech company, is a strong plus
• Confident use of social media platforms and a solid grasp of digital advertising
• A customer-first mindset, able to work in a team and on your own

Schedule

Monday to Sunday, in two shifts: morning/day (07:00–16:00) or day/evening (10:00–19:00). The client may later move to 24/7 rotating shifts with 2 rotating days off.
