Cb Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Digital Ad Sales Representative to drive revenue by pitching advertising solutions to brands and agencies. You will reach out to clients, pitch strategies, and close deals while managing campaigns in CRM and delivering data-driven recommendations.

Qualificações

• 1–2+ years experience in B2B outbound sales, cold calling, or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising (social, performance, or programmatic).
• Native or fluent English with excellent negotiation skills.

The Role

Join our Reddit team in Lisbon to help brands grow on the front page of the internet! As a Digital Ad Sales Representative, you will drive revenue by pitching tailored advertising solutions to clients and agencies.

• Prospective & Outbound Sales: Reach out to clients, pitch campaign strategies, and close deals.
• Account Management: Build long-term relationships, manage pipelines in CRM, and optimize client campaigns.
• Consultative Strategy: Deliver data-driven recommendations that maximize client ROI.

What You Need

• 1–2+ years experience in B2B outbound sales, cold calling, or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising (social, performance, or programmatic).
• Native or fluent English with excellent negotiation skills.

• Base Package: €1,227.33 gross/month (includes base, meal, holiday, and Christmas allowances).
• Performance Bonus: Up to €300.00/month.
