CB Talents in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking a B2B Digital Ad Sales Representative to drive outbound sales campaigns and present digital advertising solutions to business prospects.

You will guide clients through onboarding, help optimise their platform performance, and manage sales pipelines with accurate CRM records while delivering consultative pitches and closing deals.

Qualificações

• Fluent English with proven outbound sales experience.

• Track record of successful cold calling and persuasive pitches.

What You'll Do

• Drive proactive outbound sales campaigns to connect with business prospects and present digital advertising solutions.
• Guide new clients through onboarding and help them optimize their platform performance.
• Manage sales pipelines, maintain accurate CRM records, and conduct consultative pitches.

What We Offer

• Total Base Package: €1,227.33 gross/month
  • Breakdown: €920 base salary + €76.67 holiday allowance + €76.67 Christmas allowance + €154 tax-free meal card allowance.
• Performance Bonus: Up to €300/month variable bonus based on performance goals.
• Health Coverage: Complimentary private health and dental insurance upon signing.
• Stability & Growth: 12-month renewable contract (pathway to permanent status after 2 years).
• Work-Life Balance: 40 hours/week (8-hour shifts + 1-hour lunch break).
• Paid Training: 15 days of fully paid, comprehensive training in English to set you up for success.

Requirements

• Language: Fluent or native-level proficiency in English.
• Experience: 1–2 years in outbound sales and digital marketing.
• Core Skills: Proven track record in cold calling, overcoming objections, and executing persuasive pitches.
