Qualificações

The Role

Join our digital ad sales team in Lisbon to help brands grow their online presence! As a Digital Ad Sales Representative, you will drive revenue by pitching tailored advertising solutions to clients and agencies.

• Prospective & Outbound Sales: Reach out to clients, pitch campaign strategies, and close deals.
• Account Management: Build long-term relationships, manage pipelines in CRM, and optimize client campaigns.
• Consultative Strategy: Deliver data-driven recommendations that maximize client ROI.

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• Location: Must be a local candidate based in Lisbon.
• Experience: Proven experience in B2B outbound sales, cold calling, or lead generation. (Note: Candidates with experience solely in retail, shop roles, or inbound customer service will not be considered.)
• Language Proficiency: Minimum English C1 level. Only slight accents will be considered, and fluency will be strictly assessed during the interview process.
• Work Authorization: Non-EU candidates must have a valid Residence Card in hand.
• Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital advertising (social, performance, or programmatic).
