InnoTech is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join our Lisbon team. You will maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines, implement GitOps practices with ArgoCD/FluxCD, and manage Azure-based infrastructure including AKS and Terraform.

You will operate and scale containerized environments with Docker and Kubernetes, strengthening observability and incident handling as part of a continuous improvement culture. Fluent English is required.

Qualificações

• Solid professional experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or SRE with hands-on expertise.
• Strong proficiency in CI/CD, Git-based ecosystems, GitOps, deployment automation.
• Experience with Azure/AWS/GCP and AKS, storage, networking, and IaC tools.

Responsabilidades

Your Mission Will Be

• Maintain, improve, and secure CI/CD pipelines, automating build, integration, and deployment processes across multiple environments;
• Implement and evolve GitOps practices using tools such as ArgoCD or FluxCD, including Helm-based deployments;
• Manage and optimize Microsoft Azure infrastructure, including AKS, storage, networking, and Infrastructure as Code with Terraform;
• Operate and scale containerized environments with Docker and Kubernetes, ensuring platform resilience, availability, and production stability;
• Strengthen platform observability through monitoring, logging, alerting, incident resolution, and continuous operational improvements.

You Will Need

• Solid professional experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or SRE, with a hands-on and autonomous approach to platform improvement;
• Strong expertise in CI/CD, Git-based ecosystems, GitOps, Docker, Kubernetes, and deployment automation;
• Practical experience with Microsoft Azure, particularly AKS, storage and networking, together with Terraform or similar Infrastructure as Code tools;
• Good knowledge of observability, monitoring, incident management, distributed systems, APIs, and backend architectures, as well as professional proficiency in English;
• CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment.

Would Be Awesome If You Have

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields;
• Experience with tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab, ArgoCD, FluxCD, Helm, HashiCorp Vault, Artifactory, or NuGet;
• Knowledge of integration, performance, load, and stress testing within cloud-native environments;
• Experience integrating AI into CI/CD, infrastructure management, or platform automation, combined with a proactive continuous-improvement mindset;
• Previous exposure to airline/airport operations or digital identity platforms.
