Your Mission Will Be

• Develop a deep understanding of applications, services, and their integration with business processes to ensure efficient continuous delivery;
• Contribute to and follow automation processes related to application delivery pipelines;
• Troubleshoot incidents, issues, and performance bottlenecks in continuous delivery environments;
• Ensure timely resolution of analysis requests in line with agreed service levels;
• Collaborate closely with development and technical teams while improving documentation and internal tools.

You Will Need

• Solid knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems;
• Experience with Unix shell navigation and scripting (e.g., ShellScript);
• Basic understanding of SQL and database interaction;
• Familiarity with IT best practices and frameworks such as ITIL, ISO20000, or similar;
• CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment.

Would Be Awesome If You Have

• Hands-on experience with tools like Ansible or scripting languages such as Bash, Korn Shell, or Awk;
• Knowledge of Java and database systems like Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL;
• Experience with build and automation tools such as Maven or Ant;
• Good command of English, especially in technical contexts;
• BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
