InnoTech in Porto is seeking a motivated DevOps Engineer to join our tech-driven team. You will design and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines, manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, and automate deployment of microservices in Kubernetes.

You will work in an agile environment, collaborate with developers, and help ensure security and reliability. InnoTech offers a people-first culture, mental health support, generous vacation, and team events.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as a DevOps or Cloud Engineer in agile environments.
• Hands-on with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Bamboo) and Git workflows.
• Experience with scripting language such as Python, Go, Bash, Java, Node.js or PHP.

You Will Need

• Proven experience as a DevOps or Cloud Engineer, working with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and Linux in agile and fast-paced environments;
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD environments and tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo, or similar, together with Git, GitHub, BitBucket, or Stash;
• Solid knowledge of at least one programming or scripting language, such as Python, Ruby, Bash, Go, Java, Node.js, or PHP, and experience automating microservices or SOA-based environments;
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog, Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus, Elasticsearch, or Kibana, as well as web servers, databases, caching technologies, and messaging systems;
• CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment.

Would Be Awesome If You Have

• Experience with cloud-native delivery technologies such as ArgoCD, Argo Rollouts, Argo Workflows, Argo Events, FluxCD, or Tekton, as well as Kubernetes configuration tools such as Helm, Kustomize, Tanka, or Carvel ytt;
• Knowledge of Kyverno, OPA, Consul, and experience implementing Service Mesh technologies such as Istio, Linkerd, or Kong Mesh;
• Experience with Kubernetes-native infrastructure provisioning solutions such as Crossplane, AWS ACK, Google Config Connector, or Azure Service Operator;
• Experience with Kubernetes backup and security solutions such as Velero and Vault;
• BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
