InnoTech in Lisbon/Porto is seeking a Platform Engineer to design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration, and system integrations. You will work on .NET/Node.js applications, adopt GitOps with ArgoCD, and collaborate across teams to improve delivery quality.

The role offers a hybrid work model in Lisbon or Porto, with 3–4 days onsite and a focus on learning and growth within a supportive, wellbeing‑driven culture.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years in Platform Eng., DevOps, or full-stack roles.
• Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm and CI/CD.
• Experience with REST APIs and webhooks integrations.
• Proactive, autonomous, collaborative, quality-focused.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps and ArgoCD.
• Manage containerized environments with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm.
• Develop integrations between internal/external systems via REST APIs and webhooks.
• Maintain .NET and/or Node.js apps; contribute to architecture & docs.
• Support incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement.

Your Mission Will Be

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and ArgoCD, ensuring efficient and reliable software delivery;
• Manage and optimize containerized environments with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm, while applying GitOps practices across Development, Quality, and Production environments;
• Develop and maintain integrations between internal and external systems using REST APIs, webhooks, and automation workflows with n8n;
• Maintain and evolve applications built with .NET and Node.js, while contributing to code reviews, technical architecture decisions, and documentation;
• Support incident resolution, root-cause analysis, continuous improvement initiatives, and reporting solutions using tools such as Power BI, BIRT, or JasperReports;

You Will Need

• Between 3 and 5 years of professional experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, Full Stack Development, or similar roles;
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Azure DevOps, ArgoCD, and continuous integration and delivery environments;
• Experience with Git-based version control, such as GitHub, GitLab, or Azure Repos, as well as system integrations through REST APIs and webhooks;
• Experience developing with .NET and/or Node.js, together with a proactive, autonomous, and collaborative approach focused on quality and continuous improvement;
• CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment, with availability to work in a hybrid model in Lisbon or Porto, 1–2 days per week;

Would Be Awesome If You Have

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields;
• Experience with Terraform, Ansible, or other Infrastructure as Code technologies, as well as networking concepts such as DNS, TLS/SSL, and Ingress Controllers;
• Knowledge of observability and monitoring solutions such as Prometheus, Grafana, CheckMK, or equivalent tools;
• Experience with secrets management solutions such as Vault or Sealed Secrets, and familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments;
• Knowledge of Python for automation and scripting, as well as an interest or experience in AI-driven automation and LLM-based business processes;
