Job summary

Stefanini Group in Lisbon is seeking an proactive IT Support Technician to deliver high-level customer service and hands-on support in a fast-paced environment. You will help ensure delivery of premium IT support services and contribute to continuous improvement.

The role focuses on face-to-face user support, hardware handling, and collaboration with business users while maintaining strong relationships with the team.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in a technical ICT environment.
• End User Microsoft platforms: AD, Office, SCCM.
• Experience with ITSM tools for ticket management is a plus.
• Excellent English and Portuguese, written and spoken.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Face-to-face IT support for users.
• Hardware installation, movement and de-installation.
• Diagnose problems concerning PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, etc.
• Test system and application changes; scripts in Windows 10 & Office 365.
• Small projects related to new hardware/software installation.
• Install software, patches and updates using SCCM.
