Aubay Portugal is seeking a seasoned Technical Support Advisor to join our dynamic team. You will handle requests from internal and external customers with a focus on data-related services, maintain relationships, and ensure high standards of quality, security and confidentiality.

We value Agile experience, banking or insurance exposure, strong analytical skills, and a zero-defect mindset. Fluent French and English are preferred, and you’ll work in a hybrid model (2-3 days on site).

Qualificações

• +3 years of experience as a technical support advisor with good knowledge of the Data business.
• Experience in an Agile environment; banking or insurance experience is a plus.
• Proven analytical and organizational skills; ability to translate business needs into IT requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Process requests from customers and partners via phone or email while ensuring quality, control, security, and confidentiality.
• Maintain and improve customer relationships and monitor satisfaction; escalate when needed.
• Ensure strict adherence to data confidentiality and professional secrecy.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing best practices, reporting issues, and proposing process improvements.
• Participate in updating procedures and operational guidelines.
