Job summary

Divinemythsstudio is seeking bilingual customer support enthusiasts to join our international team in Portugal. You will assist customers by phone, email or live chat and help with account management and billing inquiries.

You will guide users through our digital platforms, troubleshoot issues and escalate complex cases. The role offers training, meal allowance, private health insurance, and relocation options where applicable.

About the role

• Strong English skills alongside proficiency in Dannish.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• A patient, empathetic and customer-focused approach.
• Confidence using computers, online platforms and digital tools.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and work in an international team.
• Availability for rotating shifts where required.

Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, technical support or contact centres is welcome. Entry-level candidates may also be considered, depending on the project.

Working arrangements

• Opportunities are based in Portugal, with the location confirmed for each role.
• Working hours may include full‑time schedules of 40 hours per week.
• Rotating shifts, weekend work and work arrangements depend on the project.
• Candidates must meet the work authorisation requirements for the position.
