Cross Border Talents is seeking customer-focused professionals to join a multilingual support team serving customers in an international environment. This remote role requires living in Portugal and delivering excellent Danish and English language support.

You will assist Danish and English-speaking customers, answer questions, resolve concerns, and ensure a high-quality customer experience across time zones.

Location: Portugal
Work Arrangement: Remote
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00, following the Danish schedule
