Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Danish Speaking Rent-a-Car Consultant to join our team in Bulgaria. The role focuses on delivering premium customer service for rental solutions in the tourism sector, with relocation to Sofia required.

Ideal candidates have native Danish, experience in tourism or car rentals, and strong communication skills to handle bookings, inquiries, and international logistics. On-site position with training and relocation support.

Qualificações

Native or fluent Danish (spoken and written).
Prior experience in tourism, car rentals, or customer service is an advantage.
Willingness to relocate to Sofia for an on-site position in Bulgaria.

Responsabilidades

Provide exceptional service to customers seeking vehicle rental solutions in the tourism sector.
Manage reservation inquiries, modifications, and cancellations with professionalism.
Offer travel advice and vehicle recommendations to enhance client trips.
Maintain records of rental agreements and client preferences for repeat business.
Resolve customer concerns efficiently to reflect high service quality.
Coordinate with local agencies to ensure vehicle availability and client satisfaction.
