Bosch in Lisbon seeks a Danish-speaking customer service professional to handle customer inquiries in writing and by phone, focusing on digital topics such as vehicle apps. You will provide first- and second-level support in a multilingual, dynamic environment.

You will coordinate with service centers, forward technical issues, and advise customers on Bosch’s digital products, while maintaining a customer-oriented, independent and reliable approach in the automotive sector.

Qualificações

• Danish language skills at native speaker level in writing and speaking, plus good knowledge of English.
• Customer service experience in automotive sector preferred.
• Familiarity with ticketing tools and standard IT/web technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Handle customer enquiries in writing and by telephone in Danish.
• Serve as first/second level contact; propose solutions for booked automotive services.
• Forward technical issues to appropriate teams and advise customers on the digital product portfolio.
