Besthire in Lisbon is seeking a Danish-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will help users of a major digital platform with account and product support, working on-site in Lisbon. The role includes handling inquiries in Danish and English, with structured onboarding and ongoing coaching.

We value strong communication and the ability to work in a multicultural environment. Prior CS experience is a plus but not essential, as full training is provided and clear

A Tech client in Lisbon, Portugal is looking for a Danish-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team.

You'll help users of a major digital platform with account and product support.

Work model: On-Site.

Start date: 03/Sep/26.

Your daily tasks will include responding to customer enquiries across multiple channels, documenting each case accurately, and flagging anything unusual to a supervisor.

We're looking for candidates who communicate confidently in Danish and are comfortable working in English day to day.
