Jobtailor is seeking a Danish-speaking customer support specialist to join our team. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, delivering patient, solution-focused assistance and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

You will also maintain accurate CRM records, learn about the brand's latest innovations, and participate in ongoing training sessions to stay sharp on new product releases. English proficiency is required for corporate communication.

Qualificações

• Native or near-native fluency in written and spoken Danish (C1/C2).
• Solid professional command of English (B2) for corporate communication.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a customer-first mindset.
• Strong computer skills and ability to multitask across multiple software interfaces.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inquiries from Danish customers via phone, email, and live chat.
• Troubleshoot issues with smart home technology and appliances.
• Log and update details of every interaction in the CRM database.
• Become a product expert on the brand's latest innovations and values.
• Participate in fully compensated ongoing training sessions on new releases.
