Job summary

CloserHire is seeking a Danish-speaking Customer Service Expert for a Cruise Lines client. You may work remotely from anywhere in Portugal or from their Porto offices, with relocation support available.

You will handle inbound calls, upsell cruise packages, and manage post-booking support, assisting travel agents with bookings and information on destinations, ships, documents, and prices.

Qualifications

• Danish language at C1 level
• English at least B2 level
• Sales experience is mandatory; CS/BPO experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Taking inbound calls
• Sell cruises and cross-sell or upsell packages and related products
• Customer support for post-booking and booking management
• Assist travel agents with bookings and bookings management
