Job summary

CloserHire supports a leading Cruise Line and is recruiting a Danish-speaking Customer Service Expert to work remotely from anywhere in Portugal. Your day-to-day includes inbound calls, selling and cross-selling cruise packages, post-booking support, and helping travel agents with bookings, destinations, documents and prices.

The role offers 14 salaries a year (1500€ each), accommodation provided, flights covered, private health cover and a fully remote setup from a multinational team.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is mandatory; CS/BPO experience is an advantage.
• English skills (B2).
• Danish level: C1.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and assist customers with cruise bookings and inquiries.
• Sell and cross-sell cruise packages and related products; upsell where appropriate.
• Provide post-booking support and help travel agents with bookings, destinations, pricing, and documentation.

Portuguese contracts pay 14 salaries a year — your normal monthly salary plus a holiday and a Christmas salary. The annual figure is therefore well above monthly × 12, which is worth doing the maths on before you compare it to an offer at home.

The job itself

CloserHire supports a leading BPO player in the industry in their pursuit to increase their Danish-speaking Customer Service Team for a leading Cruise Line company worldwide. You can work either from their offices in Porto or fully remotely from anywhere in Portugal. They are as the leader in Europe, South America, the Gulf region and Southern Africa, and the fastest-growing global cruise brand with a strong presence in the Caribbean

Day to day that means taking Inbound calls, sell cruises packages Cross-Sell or Upsell cruises packages and associated products, customer support for post-booking and booking management, support travel agents with bookings and booking management, and support customer with information about a range of questions like destination, boats, documentations, prices etc.

What you need to bring

• Sales experience is mandatory previous CS / BPO experience is an advantage good PC skills fast decision-maker, with positive outlook be available to work flexible hours and days
• English skills (B2)
• C1 level of Danish Good

Moving there

To get you on the ground: accomodation for candidates outside of Portugal - Room in company apartment for 12 months for a fixed cost of 280EUR, deducted from salary. Inside, portugal - only available if candidates are coming directly from a competitor. Reimbursement of flight ticket on the 6th month of work, up to 400EUR. Health, and insurance since day 1 for small amount, free after 6 months Notes:.
