Cross Border Talents is searching for a Danish-speaking Customer Support Representative to join their international team remotely. This role focuses on providing high-quality support through various communication channels, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.

Ideal candidates will have C2 proficiency in Danish and B2 in English. Prior experience in customer support is advantageous, alongside strong problem-solving and communication skills. Reporting from Braga or anywhere in Portugal is required.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Danish at C2 level, both spoken and written.
• Good command of English at B2 level for internal communications.
• Prior experience in customer support or call center is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving capabilities.
• Comfortable with CRM tools and basic IT systems.
• Must have a reliable internet connection and work-from-home setup.
