Audi is recruiting a Danish-speaking Customer Service Representative to join its global customer experience team, working remotely from Portugal. You will liaise with Audi customers across channels to deliver premium service while upholding the brand's standards.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle inquiries via phone, chat, and email, document interactions in CRM, and contribute to customer retention. This fully remote role starts on 20 August and runs for a 6-month contract.

Qualifikationen

• Native or fluent Danish (C1/C2).
• English level B2 or higher.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Previous customer service experience is advantageous but not required.
