Speakit is hiring Danish Customer Consultants in Lisbon to support a global online gaming and entertainment platform. You will handle calls, emails and chats, provide product information, and guide customers through self-service tools.

The role requires Danish at native/C1 level and strong English, plus excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The position offers a hybrid work model, health insurance, and a 14-salary structure with a focus on training and development.

• Enter and update customer details accurately in the system
• Take ownership of issues and suggest improvements to processes

• Native or C1 level of Danish
• Advanced level of English
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• PC literacy (MS Office, internet tools)
• Flexibility to work in shifts
• Strong problem-solving and stress-management skills
• Previous experience in customer service or online gaming is a plus
