Job summary

Accessiway, Europe’s leading accessibility SaaS, seeks a driven Partnership Manager to scale our DACH partner ecosystem. You will build and nurture strategic alliances with web & marketing agencies, software houses, and consultancies, turning collaborations into measurable business impact.

You’ll own outbound sourcing, partner enablement, and pipeline management across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, collaborating with sales and marketing to drive growth while advancing inclusive tech across

Qualifications

Proven track record building agency partnerships in DACH (web, marketing, software or IT consulting).
Hunter mindset: opening new doors, cold outreach, and building a channel from scratch.
Strong commercial acumen with contract negotiation skills and closing experience.
High emotional intelligence with clear, empathetic communication.
Full professional proficiency in German and fluent English.

Responsibilities

Own the partnership development lifecycle across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Drive outbound prospecting and networking to engage high-potential partners.
Build a structured sourcing pipeline and manage deals end-to-end.
Provide onboarding, training and resources to partners to maximize referrals.
Maintain CRM pipeline and collaborate with sales, marketing and operations.
Stay updated on European accessibility regulations and agency trends in DACH.
