Avantor is seeking a German-speaking Talent Acquisition Partner to build and manage European candidate pipelines, collaborating with Business Partners and Hiring Managers to identify and qualify top talent.

You will leverage market insights and innovative sourcing techniques to deliver high-quality candidate slates, screen prospects, and ensure a strong candidate experience across Europe.

Qualifications

• Experience in talent sourcing/recruitment/talent acquisition, ideally in-house or RPO
• Strong expertise in active sourcing, market mapping, and candidate engagement
• Experience working with recruiters and business stakeholders
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Data-driven mindset translating market insights into actionable strategies
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in German and English

Responsibilities

• Research, engage, and deliver talent pipelines across European markets.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to identify, engage, and qualify top candidates.
• Deliver well-qualified candidate shortlists and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
