Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking Czech-speaking Content Moderators to review online content for safety, quality and compliance. You will moderate according to policies, use sound judgment, and handle high-volume periods with calm, clear communication.

This role offers relocation support, a welcome bonus, meal allowance and an international working environment. Typical shifts include 24/7 rotation with two days off, supporting a global platform from Portugal.

About the Role

We are looking for Czech-speaking Content Moderators to join an international project in Lisbon.

You will review and moderate online content to help maintain platform safety, quality and compliance while applying established policies and sound judgment.

Schedule

24/7 rotational operation, Monday to Sunday, with 2 rotational days off.

Typical shifts:
07:00–16:00 / 14:00–23:00 / 22:30–07:30.

Expected start date: 22 October 2026
