Job summary

Twentooconsulting is seeking a Content Moderator for an on-site role in Lisbon, Portugal. The position is a full-time 6-month contract, focusing on reviewing online content to ensure compliance with SLAs and platform policies.

You will need Polish and English language proficiency and experience in content moderation. The role requires attention to detail, the ability to handle high workloads, and flexibility for rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Native/fluent Polish and English (B2) required.
• Content moderation experience or demonstrated moderation ability.
• Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms and online content.
• Ability to adapt to policy updates and changing schedules.

Responsibilities

• Review online content according to SLAs and quality benchmarks.
• Ensure uploaded content complies with platform policies, legal standards and safety guidelines.
• Maintain knowledge of leading e-commerce products, services and industry standards.
• Adapt to policy updates and schedule changes, following SOPs.
• Identify and escalate policy violations when needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native/fluent Polish, both verbal and written
• Fluent English (minimum B2 level)
• Content moderation experience or demonstrated moderation ability, with sound judgement and local market insight
• Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms and online content
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to manage high workloads, including peak promotional periods
• Available for rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday, 24/7
