Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support SMB clients with digital advertising solutions. This on-site role requires strong English communication, empathy, and problem-solving, with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience across chat, email, and phone.

You will join a collaborative team on a fixed 40-hour week, working rotating shifts between 6:00 AM and 12:00 AM, starting 5 October 2026.

Qualificações

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (C1 minimum).
