Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal, seeks a Customer Care Advisor to support small and medium businesses with online advertising. You will assist clients via phone, email, and chat, troubleshoot issues, and offer strategic guidance to optimize campaigns.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, client education on best practices, and delivering high-quality, consultative service in a fast-paced, international environment. On-site in Oeiras/Lisbon.

Qualificações

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Previous experience in customer support, digital marketing, sales support, account management, or online advertising is an advantage.
• Strong interest in technology, digital marketing, and online advertising solutions.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
• EU work authorization required.
• Experience supporting business clients is a plus.
• Understanding of online advertising or digital marketing concepts.
