Cross Border Talents is seeking a French-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Braga, Portugal. You will assist users of an employee benefits app, helping with meal allowances, mobility programs and reward vouchers.

You will handle inquiries by phone, guide users through account setup and balance management, and keep customers informed about new features and platform updates. The role is a 6-month contract with hybrid work and a front-line support mindset.

About the Role

We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join a dynamic team in Braga, Portugal. In this role, you will assist users with an innovative employee benefits application, providing support on features such as meal allowances, mobility programs, and reward vouchers.

• Native or fluent proficiency in French (written and spoken).

Work Conditions

• Contract Duration: 6-month contract.
• Work Model: Hybrid.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, rotational shifts between 07:00 and 18:00 (Weekends off).
• Equipment: Provided by the company (shipped to candidates residing more than 50 km from the office; collected in person for those living within 50 km).
