BUILD YOUR CUSTOMER SUPPORT CAREER IN AI, IN LISBON

Hira Talent is recruiting English-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join an international project in Lisbon and support users of an AI technology platform.

YOUR ROLE

• Help customers resolve account access, billing and invoicing issues.
• Guide individual and business users through the platform and its features.
• Troubleshoot technical problems, document cases and elevate when necessary.
• Provide clear, helpful and professional support across multiple customer service channels.
• Contribute to a positive customer experience within an international team.

YOUR PROFILE

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Previous technical support experience or demonstrable technical skills through certifications and practical use of AI tools.
• Clear communication skills, curiosity and a customer-focused approach.
• Confidence in solving problems and learning new technologies.
• Availability to work on site in Lisbon.
• Valid documentation authorising you to work in Portugal.

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Full-time position, 40 hours per week.
• Day shifts scheduled between 07:00 and 22:00, Monday to Sunday, on rotation.

SALARY AND BENEFITS

• Estimated total monthly package: 1,248.34 EUR.
• Gross monthly salary: 1,094.34 EUR.
• Holiday allowance: 78.17 EUR gross per month.
• Christmas allowance: 78.17 EUR gross per month.
• Meal allowance: approximately 154 EUR per month, based on 22 working days.
• Variable performance bonus: up to 200 EUR per month, depending on performance and project conditions.
• Health and dental insurance after the employment contract is signed, subject to completion of the required registration formalities.

TRAINING AND CONTRACT

The initial training lasts 15 working days and takes place under a selection agreement. Training compensation is conditional on successful completion.

Following successful completion of the selection process, an employment contract with an expected duration of 12 months will be offered.
