Concentrix in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Support Specialist fluent in Catalan to join our FinTech client team. You will guide users through app features, payments and account setup, delivering friendly, accurate assistance in a fast-paced environment.

• Availability to work rotating shifts, 24/7.

• Support users with questions about app features, accounts and digital payments.
• Troubleshoot login issues, payment delays and other app-related problems.
• Guide users through account setup and identity verification.
• Handle customer queries via phone, email, chat or social media.
• Escalate complex cases to the relevant teams.
• Deliver a positive customer experience with every interaction.
