Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking Customer Support Agents with French to join our on-site team. You will assist French-speaking clients, handle inquiries, and contribute to a positive customer experience.

Starting dates are in October and November 2026. The package includes monthly gross salary (€1050–€1260 depending on accommodation), paid training, and health insurance from day one, with a fully furnished shared apartment and relocation support.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent French (C2).
• Good English level (B1).
• EU passport or Portuguese Residence Card.
• Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends if required.
