Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal is hiring a Customer Support Agent for its French-speaking team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them quickly and leaving them satisfied.

You will assist a well-known travel sector company and guide customers through orders, accounts, and service questions. Requirements include fluent French (written and spoken) and advanced English (C1+), clear professional communication, and the ability to manage several cases

An international employer in Lisbon, Portugal is hiring a Customer Support Agent for its French-speaking team.

You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them quickly and leaving them satisfied.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• English at advanced (C1) level or above

Working Conditions:

• Work model: On-Site
• Schedule: Monday to Friday,08:00 - 22h, Saturday and Sunday, 08h00 - 22h (Rotating shifts) 2 days off / week (Rotating)
• Start date: 6 October 2026
• Full-time contract

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: €1,100 gross per month (paid 14 times a year)
• Performance bonus: Up to 80€ (Performance and attendance)
• Language bonus: €150
• Meal allowance: €7 per working day

Open to candidates already living in or near Lisbon.
