Nomadify is seeking a German-speaking customer care specialist to join our international team in Portugal. No experience required; we provide full training and onboarding to help you succeed in a sunny European tech hub.

You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, maintain records, and collaborate with colleagues across borders to resolve complex cases. Relocation support is provided.

Qualificações

• German at native/C1-C2 level.
• English at B1+ level or higher.
• Willing to relocate to Portugal.
• EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal.

• Handle incoming customer requests efficiently via phone, email, or live chat.
• Provide exceptional, polite, and professional support during every interaction.
• Deliver accurate, actionable, and solution-driven responses to users.
• Register and maintain accurate records of client interactions in our internal database.
• Follow established quality benchmarks and operational team standards.
• Liaise with international team members when required to solve complex cases.

Requirements

• Native or C1-C2 level proficiency in German (fluent/bilingual).
• English language skills at a B1 level or higher.
• Fully prepared to relocate, live, and work in Portugal.
• A proactive, dependable individual with a strong willingness to learn.
• Comfortable working within a diverse, multicultural corporate setting.
• Must hold EU citizenship or a valid, existing work permit for Portugal.
