Job summary

Concentrix Lisboa is seeking a friendly Production Agent to handle inbound/outbound calls and online inquiries, delivering courteous customer service and resolving routine problems for our clients.

You will clarify requirements, use tools to document interactions, and strive to meet KPIs while supporting product knowledge and cross-selling opportunities. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail and the ability to work in a team or independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 3–6 months of related experience preferred.
• Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work in a team or independently.

Responsibilities

• Meet contractual KPIs for service delivery.
• Clarify customer requirements and provide resolution.
• Listen attentively and build rapport with customers.
• Greet customers professionally.
• Maintain knowledge of client products/services.
• Prepare complete and accurate work and notes.
• Participate in activities to improve customer satisfaction and performance.
• Offer additional products and/or services.
• Track, document and retrieve information in the call tracking database.
• Respond to inquiries by referring to published materials or senior staff.
