Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a Spanish-speaking Customer Support Agent to assist B2B clients on a digital payments and marketing platform. You will handle inquiries in Spanish and English, assist with account questions, and troubleshoot issues.

This on-site role requires rotating 24/7 shifts, including nights. Prior paid campaign management and AdTech experience, plus familiarity with social media and digital advertising, are a plus for success in this role.

About the Role

We are hiring a Spanish-speaking Customer Support Agent to support business customers using a digital payments and business technology platform. The role involves B2B customer service, account and service enquiries, and troubleshooting technical or operational issues in Spanish and English.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide B2B customer support through phone, email and/or chat.
• Assist business clients with platform, account and service-related questions.
• Investigate technical and operational issues and provide effective solutions.
• Verify account-holder details in accordance with established procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with internal policies and applicable requirements.
• Deliver professional, customer-focused service.
• Fluent Spanish and English.
• Previous experience in paid campaign management.
• Experience in digital marketing and customer service/contact centre operations in an AdTech environment.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital advertising.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Availability for rotating 24/7 shifts, including nights.
