Cross Border Talents is seeking a Spanish-speaking Customer Support Agent to assist business customers on a digital payments and business technology platform. You will handle B2B inquiries in Spanish and English, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth account and service support.

The role requires strong communication, experience in paid campaigns and digital marketing within an AdTech environment, and a willingness to work rotating 24/7 shifts in Lisbon.

Formación

About the Role

We are hiring a Spanish-speaking Customer Support Agent to support business customers using a digital payments and business technology platform. The role involves B2B customer service, account and service enquiries, and troubleshooting technical or operational issues in Spanish and English.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide B2B customer support through phone, email and/or chat.
• Assist business clients with platform, account and service-related questions.
• Investigate technical and operational issues and provide effective solutions.
• Verify account-holder details in accordance with established procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with internal policies and applicable requirements.
• Deliver professional, customer-focused service.
• Fluent Spanish and English.
• Previous experience in paid campaign management.
• Experience in digital marketing and customer service/contact centre operations in an AdTech environment.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital advertising.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Availability for rotating 24/7 shifts, including nights.

On-site, Lisbon, Portugal

Working Schedule

Rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday, covering 24/7 operations including nights; two rotating days off.
